Standing tall in devotion and strength, the Hanuman statue at the Sree Seetharamaswamy Temple embodies the spirit of unwavering faith and determination. Standing at 55 feet tall, this is the tallest Hanuman Statue in the state of Kerala. The statue of Hanuman stands as a beacon of hope and a reminder of the boundless potential within each one of us. With his blessings, we are reminded to face our challenges with courage and to always strive towards self-improvement.
Lord Hanuman is a revered deity in Hindu mythology, known for his unwavering devotion to Lord Ram and his courage. His presence in our temple symbolizes the triumph of good over evil, and his blessings will inspire and guide us all towards the path of righteousness.
The statue has been crafted with utmost care and precision by skilled artisans, who have imbued it with intricate details and textures, making it an awe-inspiring sight to behold.
During the day you can see a beautifully carved stone figure of Lord Hanuman, and by night it turns into a canvas for the spectacular laser show. The stunning light, sound and Laser show is based on the pictorial depictions of the Ramayana against the beautiful rendition of Hanuman Chalisa composed by Saint Tulasidas.
The Hanuman Statue and the Laser show will be inaugurated on 25th April at 6 pm by the Honorable PM of India, Shri Narendra Modiji via video conference.
The Laser show will be held every Saturday & Sunday at 7.15 pm in Front of the Sree Seetharamaswamy Temple premises, Punkunnam.
The unveiling of the Hanuman Statue marks a significant milestone for our temple and its community. It is a moment of great pride and joy for all of us, as we witness the culmination of months of hard work and dedication.
